Why deeplayer exists.

Marc de Kuyper founded deeplayer in 2026 after two decades building and advising enterprise technology businesses. As a serial entrepreneur with deep roots in data analytics and enterprise software, Marc watched as AI shifted from a competitive advantage to a boardroom imperative — and organisations scrambled to respond without the right frameworks, tools, or independent guidance to do it responsibly.

The gap between AI ambition and operational readiness was everywhere. Boards were committing to AI strategies they couldn't measure. Security teams were applying legacy frameworks to fundamentally new attack surfaces. And the advice available was either too generic or too vendor-driven. deeplayer was built to fill that gap — with independent diagnostics, practitioner-grade expertise, and a commitment to outcomes over deliverables.
